Installed on the incoming main, the central softener treats all household water, reducing scale in water heaters, washing machines and pipework while leaving skin and laundry feeling softer. An integrated brine tank and intelligent control valve regenerate by volume, and the compact cabinet can be wall-mounted or floor-standing in a utility room or cupboard.

Automatic or manual regeneration?

Automatic (time or meter based) is standard and needs no operator. Manual and twin-tank alternating options are available for continuous supply.

How much salt and water does regeneration use?

Typically 3–5 kg NaCl and 1.5–2.5 m³ rinse water per regeneration at rated capacity; exact figures depend on resin volume and hardness.

What hardness can it handle?

Standard units handle up to 8–10 mmol/L (450–550 mg/L as CaCO₃). Higher hardness needs larger resin volume or two-stage softening — we size it for you.
