HM2860 / HM2880 / HM250 / HM90 / HM160 / HM200

The HM series covers HM90, HM160, HM200, HM250, HM2860 and HM2880 elements in PVDF hollow fibre, fitting 8-inch standard pressure vessels and submerged racks. High flux and fouling resistance make them suitable for RO pre-treatment, drinking water polishing and water reuse, at a better cost-performance than imported elements of the same size.

What is the difference between HM90/HM160/HM200?

They differ in membrane area and housing diameter: smaller elements suit skid systems, HM2860/HM2880 fit 8-inch vessels for large plants.

What pre-treatment is required?

A 100–200 µm pre-filter is mandatory; for surface water we recommend coagulation plus media filtration to protect the fibres.

How often is chemical cleaning needed?

Typically every 1–3 months with NaClO and citric acid, depending on feed turbidity and recovery.
