XN-UF Series

Using hollow-fibre membranes, the UF system rejects colloids, suspended solids, bacteria and macromolecular organics, holding product turbidity below 0.1 NTU with SDI values that satisfy RO feed requirements. Automatic backwash and chemical cleaning connections allow continuous operation. Typical duties include RO pre-treatment, drinking water polishing and water reuse.

How do I choose the right capacity?

Send us raw water analysis (TDS, hardness, iron, silica), required permeate flow (m³/h) and target water quality. We size the membranes and pumps with a 10–15% design margin and return a P&ID with the quotation.

Can the system run on 380 V / 50 Hz or 440 V / 60 Hz?

Yes. Electrical design is built to your site standard — 220/380 V 50 Hz, 440 V 60 Hz or other voltages with local certification. Please state it when ordering.

Do you supply spare membranes and pre-treatment media later?

Yes, we keep membrane elements, filter cartridges and media in stock and ship spare parts within 7 days. A recommended spare parts list is issued with every system.
