Can you repair rather than replace a failed stack?

Yes. Send the stack with its operating history; we test the modules and quote repair versus replacement so you can compare.

What feed water quality does EDI need?

Feed should be RO permeate with conductivity < 10 µS/cm, CO₂ < 10 ppm, hardness < 0.1 ppm and chlorine < 0.02 ppm.

What is the typical stack life?

3–5 years with correct pre-treatment; hardness or chlorine breakthrough is the main cause of early failure.
