The 80 m³/h unit is configured for medium-size industrial water stations, with multiple membrane modules in parallel and VFD feed pumping. Output can be modulated from 50 % to 100 % of demand. Automatic backwash, chemical cleaning and differential-pressure monitoring keep flux decay under control — well suited to park water supply and process water in textile and paper mills.

How do I choose the right capacity?

Send us raw water analysis (TDS, hardness, iron, silica), required permeate flow (m³/h) and target water quality. We size the membranes and pumps with a 10–15% design margin and return a P&ID with the quotation.

Can the system run on 380 V / 50 Hz or 440 V / 60 Hz?

Yes. Electrical design is built to your site standard — 220/380 V 50 Hz, 440 V 60 Hz or other voltages with local certification. Please state it when ordering.

Do you supply spare membranes and pre-treatment media later?

Yes, we keep membrane elements, filter cartridges and media in stock and ship spare parts within 7 days. A recommended spare parts list is issued with every system.
